Whether you’re here to compete or just soak up the energy, this event combines the thrill of mountain biking with the festive spirit of Oktoberfest. Race across colorful autumn landscapes, then kick back and celebrate with local brews, hearty food, and live music. Guests are welcome to stay overnight on the land, making it easy to relax, enjoy the evening festivities, and wake up surrounded by fall colors. It’s the perfect way to cap off the riding season — with a little friendly competition and a lot of fun.
Grand Opening Weekend
Join us as we officially open the gates to The Property—a new home for adventure, community, and connection in the heart of Montana. Whether you're here to ride our mountain bike trails, explore the woods, gather around the campfire, or celebrate under the stars, this is just the beginning. Staying overnight is an option at no additional charge and included in your Day Pass. Be sure to bring your own water.
